Workflow evidence

An event-driven booking workflow that stores invitee context and coordinates confirmations, updates, and reminders.

DemonstratedEach booking is stored with its reschedule and cancel URLs, then triggers a confirmation, a host brief, and a timed reminder.

The problem

Booking events needed to move from Cal.com into an operational record and a reliable communication sequence.

My responsibility

Built the webhook trigger, invitee extraction, enrichment, Airtable storage, briefing, and reminder sequence.
