Client Engagement & Data Protection (KDPA Compliance)
In our consultancy and agency builds through HarLyn Digital Partners, all enterprise client data is handled under strict non-disclosure terms and data processing agreements aligned with the Kenya Data Protection Act (KDPA) 2019 and international standards (GDPR):
- Zero LLM Data Leakage: Customer data and proprietary code are never used to train public language models. Workflows utilize private API endpoints with zero-data-retention agreements.
- Vaulted Credentials: API keys and database credentials are stored in encrypted environment vaults with least-privilege role boundaries.
